Active Over 50s
Active Over 50s
Our Active Over 50s classes are designed to support active ageing, helping you stay strong, mobile, and independent. These classes focus on safe, effective exercise that enhances overall health, improves quality of life, and keeps you doing the things you enjoy for longer.

- Helps manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, weight issues, arthritis, osteoporosis, and diabetes

Classes are ideal for those with stable chronic health conditions or individuals returning to exercise after a sedentary period. If you have any concerns, we recommend speaking with your GP or consulting one of our Exercise Physiologists to ensure suitability.

mums & bubs
We understand that each woman’s journey through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood is unique—and that the postpartum period can feel both incredible and overwhelming. In the midst of caring for your little one, it's easy to forget to care for yourself. That’s where our Mums & Bubs classes come in.
Guided by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Scientists, our program offers a gentle and supportive environment to help you:
- Strengthen and reconnect with your pelvic floor
- Build tone in your core and abdominal muscles
- Relieve postural aches and pains
- Ease stress and foster better sleep (whenever you can!)
- Enhance your overall sense of well-being
- Connect with other mums on the journey with you
Enjoy this valuable time with your baby in a small-group setting that supports safe, effective, and gentle movement. Connect with other mums, celebrate your strength, and enjoy this special bonding time.
About our program
We currently offer our Mums & Bubs programs in Tamworth and Gunnedah in 8-week blocks. All women must complete a pre-screen with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and we recommended you see a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to support you in your recovery. Offered at both 360 Fitness Club in Tamworth and the Gunnedah Memorial Pool, this program brings the warmth and buoyancy of water movement to your fitness journey.
